Debora is an accomplished executive who has experience building and leading high performing teams to deliver outstanding results through both periods of growth and transformation.

Debora is at her best when creating a vision for innovation and growth, aligning teams to execute on strategy and position businesses for forward-thinking and momentum.

Debora’s corporate experience includes working abroad and domestically in executive and senior leadership roles at the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG)  i-Gaming Ontario (iGO) , Computershare, Whirlpool, Fidelity and Bell Canada.

Debora has been recognized as a Top 50 Board Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council, serving as the President and Board Chair with the Woodview Centre for Children’s Mental Health and Autism ( 2019-2022).

Debora is a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and Practitioner for over 30 years and is currently an Owner/Partner of Club Pilates Ancaster.
