Ryan Mills

Ryan Mills is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive team, for Chicken Farmers of Ontario. Ryan previously worked with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Dairy Farmers of Ontario, Aimia/Aeroplan and Tim Hortons Inc.  In 2019, Ryan completed the largest federal affordable housing investment in Canadian history. Ryan joined the Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton Board in 2017 and is currently on the Executive Committee and serves as Corporate Secretary and chair of the Governance Committee.  Ryan serves also as a Deacon and is on the Board of his local church. He has a JD from Queen’s University, a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and is currently working towards achieving his professional director certification.
